Stacy Harvey is the organizational backbone of Cedar Shade Company, where she expertly manages accounts payable and receivable, payroll, purchasing, human resources, and project estimates. With a BA in Kinesiology and an Accounting Certification, Stacy brings a dynamic skill set to her role, ensuring the smooth operation of the business behind the scenes.

Stacy's career journey spans over two decades of experience in inventory control, purchasing, and sales with major plastics distributors before joining Cedar Shade Company eight years ago. Her time at American Plastics and Allied Plastics honed her business acumen, providing her with the expertise to seamlessly transition into managing the office for Cedar Shade alongside her husband, Phil.

A pivotal moment in Stacy’s career came when Phil successfully launched Cedar Shade, allowing her to step into a self-employed role where she could apply her talents to support and grow the business. Beyond her office management duties, Stacy and Phil also own and operate two thriving Airbnbs in Marathon, TX, near Big Bend National Park, reflecting their shared entrepreneurial spirit.

Stacy’s role at Cedar Shade extends beyond administrative duties; she’s affectionately known as the “mom” of the crew, fostering a supportive and positive environment. Her dedication to the team and commitment to excellence contribute to the company's reputation as a leader in quality outdoor living solutions in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

When she’s not juggling office responsibilities, Stacy finds joy in traveling, rafting, camping, gardening, and cherishing time with her family. As a Marine wife for 12 years, she cultivated resilience, adaptability, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving—qualities she carries into every aspect of her life and work.
