With an Associate’s Degree in Computer Applications and a keen eye for detail, Clint brings a unique blend of technical and hands-on expertise to his role. His ability to analyze architectural drawings and manage complex projects stems from both his formal education and years of real-world experience in woodworking and fabrication.

Clint’s passion for woodworking began during his time as a fabricator and installer for American Granite & Marble, where he worked with butcher block countertops and crafted cabinetry, shelving, and furniture. This sparked a deep love for working with wood, leading him to hone his skills by building custom furniture, sheds, and patio structures for family and friends—often simply for the joy of creating and learning.

At Cedar Shade, Clint is responsible for reviewing computer-drawn models, verifying every detail—numbers, angles, and dimensions—before starting the cutting process. Personally cutting material for 95% of the projects, he ensures accuracy and craftsmanship while managing the shop team to meet customer deadlines. His problem-solving mindset makes him a vital resource for installers, helping to address on-site challenges quickly and effectively.

Clint is known for fostering a positive and professional environment in the shop, where his friendly and focused attitude inspires his team to grow both personally and professionally. He believes that a collaborative and upbeat atmosphere leads to better outcomes for the company and its clients.

Outside of work, Clint enjoys spending time outdoors, whether fishing from a kayak, hiking trails in local and state parks, or connecting with nature. His creative pursuits also extend to his free time, where he can often be found in his workshop crafting custom furniture and unique pieces. A former baseball player, Clint’s early years were filled with competitive achievements, including a high school state championship and a stint playing college ball, where he majored in business and minored in accounting.
